Our Fracture Program provides an intensive interdisciplinary team approach to the rehabilitation of patients who have sustained a hip or femur fracture or have experienced multiple trauma. Our program is dedicated to providing the clinical, technical and professional resources necessary to promote progress toward an independent and productive lifestyle.
